Exchange Email
If there is one service you need, it is Microsoft Exchange.
Many Outlook users have struggled for years in an effort to figure out how to use features that only Exchange, its native backend, can perform. If you have a POP3 email, you don’t need us to remind you of the headaches associated with reading your mail on multiple computers.
Now let’s fast forward to the world of Exchange.
Over the weekend you lost your cell-phone. In any other circumstance you’re doomed. But since you have Exchange with Immense Networks, every contact you have ever added to your phone is on your Outlook at home. Automatically. But wait, you’re on vacation and you don’t have your computer? That’s ok; Outlook Web Access has all of your contacts in the same format as you are accustomed to seeing them on your desktop at home.
It’s Sunday, you’re at home setting up your schedule for the week. You get on Outlook Web Access and schedule your upcoming appointments. You setup reminders for each one, 15 minutes before they occur. Now, no matter what computer you are in front of, your Windows Mobile, your laptop, or your desktop, you will be alerted that the event is scheduled to happen.
Perhaps you work in an office environment where contacts need to be shared. Simply use the global address list. Or maybe you only need to share contacts with one other person in the office. No problem, give access to each other’s address books and you always have the most updated list.
Need to know when someone is available? Viewing that person’s calendar is just as easy as setting up the shared address book. Worried about privacy? Allow only certain categories of events to be viewed by your peers.
When we set you up with Exchange, we want you to make the most of it. Included with every account is comfort of knowing you can call us for help with any feature you need assistance with.
