Virtual Private Network
Using an Immense Networks file server, files you wish to share among co-workers are kept in a central location typically mapped to Z Drive on each machine. Each, employee is also given personal space on the server, typically mapped to S drive. These files can even be accessed from outside the office via virtual private network (VPN). Furthermore, using an offsite data backup plan these files are mirrored to an offsite location for added protection.
Office Connectivity
Immense Networks hosts Microsoft Exchange Server for flawless Outlook compatibility. Every feature of Outlook is fully syncronized including email, shared address book, shared calendars, and Outlook Web Access. Exchange plans start at $15/user/mo.
Email and Web Hosting
