When do I need infrastructure design?: Infrastructure design comes at the beginning of a project. You tell us what you want to do, and we show you how to get there. This entails recommending the equipment, software, and services necessary to make it happen.
What is the difference between network management and technical support?: While both are covered under our support contracts, network management is routine maintenance while technical support is break/fix. Its the difference between changing your oil and having a blow-out on the interstate.
I need to be able to access my office files from home, can you help?: There are a variety of ways to do this, however the best method is through a virtual private network. Take a look at the VPN section for more information.
We have a lot of employees and therefore require a lot of technical support. Do you offer discounted rates?: We offer discounts that depend on how many hours you agree on per month.
