Preventative Maintenance
We use our preventative maintenance client, inManage, to monitor systems for potential failure. We also create restore points and offer offsite backups for when the unexpected happens.
Enterprise-grade Antivirus
We have partnered with ESET to protect our clients’ servers and workstations with NOD32 Antivirus software.
Routine Updates
During our time with you, we ensure everything is up-to-date and running smoothly. We use Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) to centrally manage the updates that individual workstations receive.
In addition, we can manage the following:
- Usernames and passwords
- Equipment inventory
- Training documents
